receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

Items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

1. Your order number
2. Your full name
3. The shipping address you used when placing the order
4. A brief reason for return

 Do not send any items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns will not 
be processed.

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we’ll send you:

1. The most appropriate return address based on your region
2. Step-by-step return instructions for a smooth experience

Please note: Return addresses vary and are not displayed on our website.
Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable 
shipping method to avoid any issues.

Exchanges 

If you'd like a different product:

1. Begin a return for the original item.
2. Place a new order for the correct item.
Order Cancellations

Due to our fast, automated processing system:
1. You can only cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it.
2. After that, the order is already being prepared and cannot be canceled.

If you notice any mistakes (such as the wrong address), contact us immediately — we may 
be able to update it before it ships.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us right away with:
1. A photo of the item
2. A description of the issue

We’ll evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:

1. Sale items
2. Gift cards
3. Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
4. Custom or personalized items
5. Hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids, gases)

EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you’re in the EU, you’re entitled to cancel or return your order within 30 days of receipt, 
for any reason. Items must be in unused, original condition with all tags and packaging, and proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved. If so, 
your original payment method will be credited within 10 business days.
